How to download and install a copy of Expand evaluation version
- Download the file “expand.eval.zip” and unzip it in any directory you wish.
- Execute the file “setup.exe” located in the directory “expand” (automatically generated by unzipping “expand.eval.zip”).
- Follow the installation instructions .
- Once the installation is completed, please execute “expand.exe”, located in the installation directory you selected (by default, this directory will be“C:/expandProduct/expand/expand.exe”). It can be also executed by means of "Start -> All Programs -> Expand -> Expand”.
- After you have started Expand, you must select the directory where you wish to work. Please, select the directory the program will suggest by default and press “OK”. This “working” directory can be changed at any point from the development environment of Expand.
Before you start working with Expand, we recommend you read the On-line documentation included with the product. You may access this information by following the sequence of options: “Help-> Help Contents -> Ayuda del IDE Expand” from the main menu. It is particularly important to read the “Introduction” chapter where you will find all the necessary information for a correct configuration of the Expand development environment.
