TransTOOLs was awarded after an International
Bid process with the project for Institutional Strengthens of the Electoral
Supreme Council of the Republic of Nicaragua.
This project includes the implantation of different solutions divided in
the following six major components:
Computerisation of the property registers of the main islands: Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan and Sulawesi.
Computerisation of the remaining Indonesian Republic property registration offices.
This project is an enlargement from previous
phases, it includes installation of information systems oriented towards
the procedures automatization of the land register, and data consolidation
from local to national level, including 61 offices which 13 are new.
Regarding country development the project impact has relevant significance
concerning the regularization and proper functionality of the cadastre
register because gives possibility to owners to enter the market economy.
Moreover, the implementation of an integrated system for land management
increases judicial security on property, contributing to business and industrial
development (industries, mortgage warranty, etc.).
The first phase of computerising the Dominican Republic Cadastre Offices included aerial photogrametry, cartography, introduction of data to the system and permanent updating of graphic and alphanumeric data.
The Mayor's office of Caracas funded the installation of an E-Learning platform for the primary and secondary schools. The project included the computerisation of 50 computer labs and a multimedia software production centre. Computer and communication equipment, software, development tools and design applications, furniture and all other associated services including department training, technical services and installation, were also provided.
TransTOOLs in co-operation with various Spanish companies, supplied developmental tools, hardware and software, as well as training for the students and professors/teachers, in order to raise the level of technological knowledge within those communities.
This project was for the complete computerisation of the General Attorney Offices, including administrative and juridical areas and penitentiary monitoring system. It included an identification system for accesses in prisons using fingerprint, photograph and alphanumeric data.
TransTOOLs supported the information system and created the necessary services to help in Default (Debt) Recovery Collection Management that the taxpayers maintain with the municipality of Panama by means of taxes, contributions, duties and valuations.
TransTOOLs computerised the creation and issuance of Presidential Decrees corresponding to the Legal, Technique and General secretaries of the Presidency of the Nation. Within this project, TransTOOLs developed a system of "workflow" to ensure the client's necessities were carried out, as well as creating an automatic file search.
Computerisation of the Judicial offices dependent on the Supreme Court of Argentina.
As results of a public bidding, TransTOOLs was
awarded in March 2003 with the computerization of the Health Services Management
System.
This project is a pilot phase, previous to the implantation of the system
in the rest of the medical centres.
This project included the development of the "Information Management System and Health Intervention Clinic" module and the "Provincial Health Systems Attention Services" module for the hospitals of the Dominican Republic.
In collaboration with the company Plus Sistemas from Caracas, TransTOOLs developed and implemented the information system for the sanitary areas in this Hospital.
This project supported an Integral Information System, with complete implementation and training of personnel. This system included the development of all the management and police departments' applications, as well as the implementation of a GIS system and an Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS).
The initial project consisted of the development
and installation of a management information system for the National Police
and its dependent organisations.
The project included the supply and installation of the necessary communication
and computer equipment, as well as the realisation of the tasks of application
development, training and management.
Elaboration and supply of a computer system that issued and controlled passport books. This system is used in the Republic of El Salvador and in different Salvadoran Embassies.
